Beaufield Resources Inc. Announces its Exploration Program for the Remainder of 2015

Beaufield Resources Inc. announced its exploration program for the remainder of 2015. A work program will commence in late May on the Macho block of the Urban property which is located 200 kilometres northeast of Val d'Or and is easily accessible by an all weather road. The area was first recognized for its gold potential in the 1940s, when prospectors would spend the summer season prospecting the property and collecting visible gold from quartz veins at various locations. Beaufield first acquired an interest in the Macho block in 1986. In 2014, Beaufield collected grab samples on the property which assayed values in precious and base metals. Some of these samples are listed in table 1 below. Prior to this, no other work has been done on Beaufield's Macho (Urban) property over the previous 15 years which remains underexplored. Urbana Corporation and Beaufield recently agreed to jointly explore and share all information on their adjacent properties. Each party retains 100% ownership of their respective properties. Beaufield is the operator for the current work program. In March 2015, Beaufield completed a 103 line-kilometre induced polarization and magnetometer ground survey in partnership with Urbana Corporation which holds the adjacent property. An interpretation of the data is currently underway. To date over 90 distinct anomalies have been identified on the properties, 37 of which are considered high priority targets due to their intensity and depth potential. The newly acquired sampling and geophysical data are currently being analyzed alongside historical data. A follow-up ground reconnaissance program will commence in late May to verify access for an upcoming drill program. The terrain has limited rock exposure, but historical work and geophysical data suggests that overburden is relatively thin in portions of the area. Examination and re-assaying of select historical drill core will also be undertaken. A drilling program on selected targets will be undertaken after the completion of the current field program. Urban Township hosts numerous gold and base metal occurrences and is currently the focus of a significant gold program at Windfall Lake by Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation. The Windfall gold deposit is on strike with the Beaufield-Urbana properties and located 5 kilometres to the northeast of the current work.

Beaufield Resources, Inc. and Urbana Corporation Complete Joint Induced Polarization and Magnetometer Ground Surveys

Beaufield Resources Inc. and Urbana Corporation announced that they have completed their joint induced polarization (IP) and magnetometer ground surveys totaling 103 line kilometres in the Urban township, Quebec. Induced Polarization and magnetometer surveys completed, A total of 103 line kilometres surveyed, High chargeability anomalies discovered, Some anomalies coincide with mineralization at surface. The geophysical surveys were designed to cover the common border area between the two companies, a high priority underexplored area which has never been covered by past surveysor by drilling. A preliminary examination of the data collected has identified several significant anomalies which represent new targets within the surveyed area. An anomaly of immediate interest to Beaufield is a 500 metre long and highly anomalous IP response coinciding with an outcrop which recently assayed 20 g/t gold and 2.43% copper in a grab sample. This represents a high priority drill target. Further south on Urbana ground and approximately 4 kilometres from Metanor Resources' Barry gold deposit, the new targets include a 400 metre long chargeability anomaly in an area that has never been drilled. The data collected will be analyzed in detail so that all anomalies of interest are identified and integrated with historical data. The new targets will be followed-up by a geologist in late spring, after which, a second phase exploration program is planned. TMC Geophysics of Val d'Or completed the deep penetrating IP survey, which allows for better resolution and higher precision than any other historical surveys conducted on the properties. The processing and interpretation of the geophysical data is being done by Dynamic Discovery Geoscience of Ottawa.

Urbana Corporation and Beaufield Resources, Inc. Enter into Joint Agreement

Urbana Corp. and Beaufield Resources, Inc. reported that 2 field crews have been mobilized to the Urban property to commence induced polarization and magnetometer surveys. Urbana has 44 contiguous claims covering 1116 hectares in the area. The survey is designed to straddle the common border between the two companies, a high priority underexplored area which has never been covered by past geophysical surveys or drilling. In 2014, Beaufield geologists identified an area of interest along the claim boundary that assayed 20 g/t gold and 2.43% copper in a grab sample (BFD NR, August 1st, 2014). In the area, gold is known to occur with pyrite and chalcopyrite, these can be detected by induced polarization techniques. Urbana and Beaufield have agreed to jointly explore and share the boundary information. Each party will retain 100% ownership of their respective properties. Beaufield has agreed to be the operator.
