Befimmo announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company announced net rental result of EUR 36.68 million compared to EUR 34.45 million for the same period a year ago. Property operating result was EUR 33.76 million compared to EUR 31.28 million for the same period a year ago. EPRA earnings, group share were EUR 22.32 million compared to EUR 21.68 million for the same period a year ago. Net result per share, group share was EUR 1.04 compared to EUR 0.96 for the same period a year ago. Current net result per share was EUR 1.01 compared to EUR 1.01 for the same period a year ago. EPRA earnings per share, group share was EUR 1.01 compared to EUR 1.01 for the same period a year ago. The net rental result and property operating result are up year-on-year. This improvement is explained mainly by a one-time effect related to the commencement of the 27.5 year lease in the new Paradis Tower while the lease on the old building, due to be demolished, was still running until 31 March 2015. Net asset value was EUR 55.04 as on March 31, 2015 compared to EUR 54.00 as on December 31, 2014. EPRA NAV was EUR 54.32 as on March 31, 2015 compared to EUR 54.38 as on December 31, 2014. EPRA NNNAV was EUR 53.88 as on March 31, 2015 compared to EUR 52.80 as on December 31, 2014. Return on shareholders' equity was 5.69% against 6.34 for the same period last year.

Net current result was EUR 3.93 per share against EUR 4.24 per share a year ago. EPRA earnings were EUR 3.90 per share against EUR 4.22 per share a year ago. Return on share price was 26.47% against 10.70% a year ago. Net asset value per share was EUR 54.00 against EUR 54.13 a year ago.
