Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six month ended June 30, 2015. The company reported net income applicable to common shareholders of $588,000 or $0.31 per common share for the second quarter of 2015 compared to net income applicable to common shareholders of $345,000 or $0.19 per common share for the same period of 2014. Total interest income was $2.45 million against $2.15 million reported last year. The company reported net interest income of $2.140 million for the second quarter of 2015, a 14.5% increase compared to $1.870 million reported in the same quarter of 2014. Net income before income taxes was $0.912 million against $0.544 million reported last year. Book value per share at the end of the period was $8.71 against $7.78 reported at the same period a year ago. Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported net income of $288,000 or $0.16 per share of common stock for the first quarter of 2015 compared to $413,000 or $0.22 per share a year ago.
