Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. Successfully Completes 2015 Field Program at Storm Property

Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. announced that it has successfully completed the 2015 summer exploration program at the Storm Property on Somerset Island, Nunavut. Crews collected gravity data over four targets during the eleven-day field program at Storm. The purpose of this short program was two-fold: To confirm that the known copper mineralization at Storm has an identifiable gravity response by collecting data along principal profiles over two of the drill-confirmed zones: 3500N and 4100N. To define potential drill targets for the 2016 field season by conducting gravity surveys over two high-priority exploration targets: SE Anomaly and Eastern Extension. A total of 939 primary and 70 QA/QC ground gravity readings were collected on the property over the course of the field program. Preliminary results were reviewed in the field on a daily basis and used to guide the remaining program. Final results from the surveys are expected in the next few weeks and will be made available once received. Gravity readings were recorded along three 100m-spaced orientation lines at both the 3500N and 4100N zones. These principal profiles were designed to test the gravity response over drill-confirmed zones of copper mineralization as well as the Central Graben, a structural system considered to be important in the process of mineralization at Storm.

Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt

Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. filed its Annual on Jul 29, 2015 for the period ending Mar 31, 2015. In this report its auditor, Meyers Norris Penny LLP - MNP LLP, gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern.

Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. Announces Results of Newly Discovered Historical Ground Survey

Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. announced the results of a newly discovered historical ground survey (circa 1999) that strengthens the Company's enthusiasm towards exploring the SE Anomaly at the company's Storm Project. The ground survey improves the prospectivity of the kilometre-scale target with a coincident gravity high over the southern third of the SE Anomaly. This is highly suggestive of a large target that is drill-ready. The drill-ready SE Anomaly is oval in shape with approximate dimensions of 4.0km x 1.5km, and is characterised by a VTEM conductivity anomaly at depth coincident with elevated levels of copper in the rocks and soils at surface. The gravity survey data was discovered in an in-depth review of the historical geophysical data collected on the property. The survey was conducted in 1999 by Quantec IP Incorporated on behalf of Teck, and has never before been released to the public. The data was acquired from Teck Metals Ltd. through a Data License Agreement on the Storm and Seal Projects. The data and accompanying survey report was subjected to an independent review by APEX Geoscience Ltd., which confirmed the quality and veracity of the data.
