Banimmo S.A. Reports Consolidated Earnings Results for the Year Ended Dec. 31, 2014; Provides Sales Guidance for the Year 2015

Banimmo S.A. reported consolidated earnings results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2014. For the year, the company reported loss attributable to company shareholders was EUR 13.9 million or EUR 1.23 per diluted share compared to EUR 9.3 million or EUR 0.82 per diluted share reported in the same period last year. Net rental income stands at EUR 9.0 million compared with EUR 9.9 million in 2013. This decrease is mainly due to asset disposals in 2013 (Rouen, Fontenay, Eragny and Prins B.5). Recurrent income was EUR 10.4 million against EUR 9.9 million reported last year. Recurring operating result (REBIT) was EUR 2.6 million against EUR 1.5 million reported last year. Operating result (EBIT) was EUR 7.2 million against EUR 10.5 million reported last year. Profit before taxes was EUR 1.7 million against EUR 5.7 million reported last year. Loss from continued activities was EUR 13.9 million against EUR 9.3 million reported last year. The entire loss recorded this year is attributable to non-cash elements, mainly adjustments linked to a value reduction on the Urbanove stake and financial interest on the receivable on Urbanove. In 2015, Banimmo has a sales target of between 100 and 120 million.

Banimmo S.A. announced rental income results for the third quarter of 2014. For the third quarter, the company’s net rental income amounted to EUR 7.1 million in third quarter 2014 compared with EUR 6.7 million in the third quarter 2013, a 7% increase. On a like-for-like basis, net rental income increased from EUR 5.2 million to EUR 6.0 million, representing a 16% increase, particularly because of the opening of Galerie Bagatelle in Suresnes.
