Boralex Inc. announced that Board of Directors has authorized and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per common share. This dividend will be paid on June 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2015.

Boralex Inc. Reports Unaudited Consolidated Production and Earnings Results for the First Quarter Ended March 31, 2015; Provides Capital Expenditure Guidance for the Year 2015, 2016 and 2017

Boralex Inc. reported unaudited consolidated production and earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the period, the company reported revenues from energy sales of $91.2 million against $75.5 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $62.8 million against $51.8 million a year ago. Adjusted net earnings were $10.0 million or $0.21 per basic share against $7.9 million or $0.21 per basic share a year ago. Adjusted cash flows from operations was $43.2 million or $0.91 per basic share against $36.6 million or $0.96 per basic share a year ago. Cash flows from operations before changes in the non-cash working capital items, adjusted for $500,000 of acquisition expenses, came in at $43.2 million or $0.91 per share for the quarter, up from $36.6 million or $0.96 per share in 2014. For the period, the company reported production of 733.5 GWh against 577.3 GWh a year ago. The company expects to spend approximately $345 million in property, plant and equipment for the remainder of 2015 and another $67 million in the 2016, 2017.

Boralex Inc. Adds 50 MW to its Portfolio

Boralex Inc. is commissioning two wind farms for a total of almost 33 MW in France and starting construction on a 16 MW hydroelectric power station in Canada. Comes de l'Arce wind farm (10 MW - 5 Vestas turbines), recently acquired by the Enel Green Power France SAS acquisition, and St-Francois wind farm (22.8 MW - 8 GE turbines) have been commissioning at the beginning of april on-time and on-budget. Both wind farms have a 15-year power purchase agreements with Electricite de France. With a total capacity of 16 MW, the Yellow Falls hydroelectric power station is located on Mattagami River, 18 km south of the municipality of Smooth Rock Falls. Construction of Yellow Falls, which is 75% owned by Boralex, will require between $90 million and $95 million in investments and the power station is slated for commissioning in the first quarter of 2017. Yellow Falls has an initial 20-year power sales contract with four renewal options each for a five-year period, at the Corporation's discretion.
