Asian Pay Television Trust (APTT1) announced financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported total revenue of SGD 81.846 million against SGD 78.693 million, last year. EBITDA was SGD 48.900 million against SGD 48.002 million, last year. Capital expenditures related to the network expansion during the fourth quarter amounted to SGD 14.0 million. For the year, total revenue was SGD 318.729 million against SGD 185.040 million and EBITDA was SGD 195.233 million against SGD 111.424 million for the year ended December 31, 2014. Capital expenditures as a percentage of total Revenues were 16.7% for the year ended December 31, 2014 (excluding the network expansion capital expenditures). The company provided earnings guidance for the full year of 2015 and capital expenditure guidance for 2016. Total revenue for the full year 2015 is anticipated to be higher than 2014 due to continued growth in Basic cable TV, Premium digital cable TV and Broadband revenue. In addition, EBITDA for the full year of 2015 is anticipated to be higher than 2014. Capital expenditures in 2015 are expected to be similar to 2014. Combined total capital expenditures relating to the network expansion are expected to be between SGD 30 million and SGD 40 million for 2015 and 2016.

Asian Pay Television Trust Declares Final Distribution for the Fourth Quarter Ended December 31, 2014 Payable on March 27, 2015; Re-Affirms Distribution Guidance for the Year Ending December 31, 2015

Asian Pay Television Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Trustee-Manager has declared an ordinary final distribution of 2.13 cents per unit for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2014. The books closure date will be on March 20, 2015 and the distribution will be paid on March 27, 2015. Total distributions declared of 8.25 cents per unit for the year 2014 is consistent with the distribution guidance set out in the prospectus. Ex-distribution date is March 18, 2015. The board re-affirmed distribution guidance for the year ending December 31, 2015. Distributions for 2015 are expected to be at least equal to 2014, at 8.25 cents per unit. It is anticipated that the distribution will be paid in installments of 2.00 cents per unit for the first, second and third quarters of 2015 and at least 2.25 cents per unit for the fourth and final quarter ending December 31, 2015. The 2015 distribution guidance is subject to no material changes in planning assumptions.
