AOL Inc. provides various digital brands, products, and services to consumers, advertisers, publishers, and subscribers worldwide. Its Brand Group segment offers original content produced by journalists, politicians, celebrities, academics, policy experts, freelance writers, and bloggers; curated content; curated and aggregated content from third parties; and user-generated content through and The Huffington Post, and related sites, as well as through Engadget and TechCrunch branded properties. This segment also consists of other brands, including Moviefone, Makers, and StyleMePretty, as well as MapQuest, an online mapping and directions service. The company’s Membership Group segment provides online storage, privacy, and security solutions to technical support, back-up and unlimited dial-up Internet access options, computer protection, and partner discounts; computer tools, maintenance, online technical support, anti-virus software, identity theft protection, online and social media privacy and reputation monitoring, online learning, and other lifestyle services; and communications tools, such as AOL Mail, an e-mail service. Its AOL Platforms segment offers interconnected programmatic and premium advertising services for advertisers and publishers through, AOP,, Marketplace, AOL On, Be On, ADTECH, Gravity, Vidible, Convertro, and Pictela platforms. The company distributes its content, products, and services through subscription access services; open Web, the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, the Amazon Appstore, and the Android Market; and toolbars, widgets, co-branded portals and Websites, mobile aggregators, third party Websites, and social networks, as well as through search engine marketing and optimization distribution methods. AOL Inc. was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in New York, New York.

AOL Joins Forces with FourthWall Media

AOL and FourthWall Media reported an expanded licensing agreement that provides for a wider, more granular pool of data for targeted television advertising. According to a release from FourthWall Media, AOL's open approach to data allows for critical partners like FourthWall Media to provide a more complete assessment of viewing patterns to better correlate spend recommendations for advertisers.

AOL Inc. Announces Strategic Partnership with the Players' Tribune

AOL Inc. announced it has been selected by The Players' Tribune, to be the distribution and co-production launch partner. The Players' Tribune aims to provide unique insight into the daily sports conversation and to publish first-person stories directly from athletes. This partnership further solidifies AOL's commitment to premium video, creating exclusive original content experiences for consumers. As part of the partnership, AOL will distribute The Players' Tribune content on and across AOL's network of 92M monthly unique viewers; co-produce exclusive content on both platforms; and co-produce sporting events together throughout the year to bring the offline experience to life for fans online.
