Anpario plc, together with its subsidiaries, produces and distributes natural feed additives for animal health, hygiene, and nutrition worldwide. The company’s products include acidifiers, enzymes, essential oils, pellet binders, antioxidants, mycotoxin binders, mould control products, and various nutritional premixes and performance enhancers for the poultry, pig, ruminant, and animal feed markets. It also offers Phyconomix, a natural algae based product to fulfill the nutritional requirements of growing shrimp and fish larvae; and a pheromone stimulant under the brand name of Aquatice. In addition, the company supplies growth promoters, immune enhancers, and pellet binders for shrimp and fish. Further, it provides Aquatice technology, which mimics chemical signals secreted or released by fish or crustacean that cause a specific response when detected by the same or related species. The company sells its products under the brand names of Kiotechagil, Meriden, and Optivite. Anpario plc was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Worksop, the United Kingdom.

The Board of Anpario plc is recommending a full year dividend of 4.5 pence per share, an increase of 29% over last year's payment of 3.5 pence per share. The total dividend would amount to £0.9 million for 2014. The company announced unaudited consolidated and parent earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. For the year, Group’s revenue was £26,568,000 against £25,950,000 a year ago. Operating profit was £3,292,000 against £2,931,000 a year ago. Profit before income tax was £3,319,000 against £2,903,000 a year ago. Profit for the year from continuing operations was £3,160,000 against £2,574,000 a year ago.
