AMAG Austria Metall AG produces, processes, and distributes aluminium, and aluminium wrought and cast products. The company operates through Metal, Casting, Rolling, and Service divisions. The Metal division produces and markets primary aluminium, and manages metal production streams. The Casting division produces cast aluminium alloys from aluminium scrap for use by various sectors, including the automotive sector and supply industry, as well as the engineering and electrical engineering sectors. Its product portfolio covers aluminium materials tailored to customer requirements in the form of ingots, sows, and liquid aluminium. The Rolling division manufactures rolled aluminium products, such as sheets, strips, and plates for applications in the automotive sector and supply industry, as well as in the sports, engineering, transportation and other industrial sectors. It also specializes in customized cathode elements for zinc electrolysis plants, brazing materials, tread plate, and high strength alloys. The Service division provides facility management, energy supplies, waste disposal, and purchasing and materials management services. The company serves various industries, such as the aircraft, automotive, sports equipment, lighting, mechanical engineering, construction, and packaging industries. It operates in Austria, Western Europe, rest of Europe, North America, Asia, Oceania, and internationally. AMAG Austria Metall AG is headquartered in Ranshofen, Austria.

AMAG Austria Metall AG reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of EUR 231.0 million compared to EUR 202.7 million a year ago. EBITDA was EUR 35.3 million compared to EUR 24.4 million a year ago. EBIT was EUR 18.1 million compared to EUR 11.4 million a year ago. Net income after taxes was EUR 12.6 million compared to EUR 10.4 million a year ago. Cash flow from operating activities was EUR 13.5 million compared to EUR 10.4 million a year ago. Net debt as at March 31, 2015 was EUR 92.1 million compared to EUR 93.0 million at the end of December 2014. The company provided earnings guidance for the year 2015. For the year, the company expects EBITDA to be in the range of EUR 130 million to EUR 140 million.

AMAG Announces Earnings Results for the Year 2014; Proposes Dividend

AMAG announced earnings results for the year 2014. For the year, the company reported revenue of EUR 823.0 million against EUR 786.4 million a year ago. EBITDA was EUR 114.7 million against EUR 122.8 million a year ago. EBIT was EUR 59.0 million against EUR 72.4 million a year ago. Net income after taxes was EUR 59.2 million against EUR 56.0 million a year ago. Cash flow from operating activities was EUR 95.2 million against EUR 122.2 million a year ago. The Management Board will propose an increase of the dividend from EUR 0.60 to EUR 1.20 per share to the Annual General Meeting to be held on April 16, 2015.
