It also provides fax server products, such as Esker Fax, a fax server that offers various specific connection solutions for applications used by businesses; and VSI-Fax, a production fax server for companies creating management software for small and medium sized firms. In addition, the company offers host access servers, including Tun PLUS and SmarTerm that offer workstation access to host-based applications, as well as permit file exchange with host systems, sharing of disks or portions of disks with host systems, use of the host system printers, host system access to workstation printers, and remote execution of commands on host systems. Further, it offers maintenance and product upgrade services; hardware parts; and training and installation assistance services, transportation re invoicing services, etc. The company was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Lyon, France.

Esker SA Announces Launch of New Supplier Self-Service Portal to Complement its Accounts Payable Automation Solution

Esker SA announced the launch of a new supplier self-service portal to complement its Accounts Payable automation solution. The new tool improves the way organizations interact and collaborate with their suppliers. The use of electronic exchanges also leads to lower transaction costs. The portal reduces supplier inquires by providing them with the status information on all their invoices, (e.g., received, approved, paid, etc.), without ever having to pick up the phone. Suppliers have visibility into when they will be paid and can therefore better manage their working capital treasury. In addition to looking up the status of any of their invoices, suppliers can also submit invoices directly and electronically on the portal. This allows buyers to reduce unnecessary paper handling, improve the timeliness of payments and lower their Days Payable Outstanding. By accelerating the payment cycle, buyers can benefit from early payments discounts. Suppliers get paid faster and are able to reduce their Days Sales Outstanding. Designed to optimize the buyer-supplier interaction, both parties can conveniently exchange information and chat directly via the portal, removing all possible communication barriers. All conversations are kept together and always available for reference when needed. With improved relations, suppliers feel more informed and confident on what is happening with their invoices and when they will get paid, and buyers can negotiate better payment discounts. The portal features an intuitive, easy-to-use interface, which helps maximize supplier adoption rates. Suppliers can also contact Esker to take advantage of a wide range of beneficial e-invoicing features, such as automated invoice submission via the portal. Kern Pharma Selects Esker to Automate Order Management Process

Kern Pharma has selected Esker SA to automate its order management process. Esker's Order Processing solution has enabled Kern Pharma to cut order processing and customer response time in half, resulting in on-time product deliveries to recipients. Esker's cloud-based solution works by receiving all of Kern Pharma's fax and email orders (an average of 3,000 per month) and automatically extracting any relevant data.

Esker SA and Neopost Announces Setting Up of Joint Venture to Market Cloud-Based Document Process Automation Solutions

Esker SA and Neopost announced the setting up of a joint venture to market cloud-based document process automation solutions to small and mid-sized enterprise (SME) customers worldwide. Neopost will own 70% of the joint company and Esker will hold 30%. The venture will be fully consolidated into Neopost's accounts. Under the agreement, Esker platform-based software as a service (SaaS) solutions will be delivered to SME customers via the Neopost distribution network, with priority to the French and US markets. The agreement follows the success of the on-demand mail solution Neotouch, based on Esker platform, which was distributed by Neopost in France. Neotouch allows more than 500 Neopost France customers to automate the delivery of their documents via mail, fax, e-mail or SMS.
