Credit Agricole Announces Executive Changes, Effective May 2015

Bernard Delpit, chief financial officer (CFO) of Credit Agricole, will step down in May to assume analogue powers at Safran. The French lender announced the coming resignation of Delpit without providing any reasons for it. In a separate statement Safran said Delpit would be appointed CFO to succeed Ross McInnes who will take over as chairman of the board of directors.

Credit Agricole S.A. Announces Management Changes

At its meeting of 24 February, the Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole S.A., on the proposal of its Chairman JeanMarie Sander and on the basis of the opinion of the Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee, appointed Philippe Brassac as Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A. He will take up his position following the general shareholders meeting of 20 May 2015. Xavier Musca, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A., be appointed as second executive director of Crédit Agricole S.A., within the meaning of the CRD IV directive. Philippe Brassac is Chief Executive Officer of the Caisse Régionale Provence Côte d`Azur. Since January 2010, he has been General Secretary of Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole, ViceChairman of SAS Rue La Boétie and ViceChairman of Crédit Agricole SA`s Board of Directors.

Credit Agricole Proposes Dividend

Credit Agricole's board of directors will propose a dividend of EUR 0.35 per share, unchanged from 2013. The total pay-out ration would be increased to 43% from 38% last year.
