Daiwa House Residential Investment Corporation announced earnings results for the six months ended February 28, 2015. For the period, the company reported operating revenues of JPY 8,693 million, operating income of JPY 3,881 million, ordinary income of JPY 3,081 million, net income of JPY 3,080 million and net income per unit of JPY 4,119. Return on equity was JPY 2.8%. Cash flows from operating activities was JPY 4,683 million. The company provided earnings guidance for the six months ending February 29, 2016 and August 31, 2015. For the six months ending August 31, 2015, the company expects operating revenues of JPY 9,252 million, operating income of JPY 3,924 million, ordinary income of JPY 3,132 million, net income of JPY 3,132 million.
