Powerwell Pacific Holdings to Raise $6.44 Million in Private Placement of Bonds

Powerwell Pacific Holdings Limited has agreed to issue up to the maximum principal amount of HKD 50 million ($6.44 million) of bonds in a private placement. The interest rate on bonds is 6% per annum payable annually in arrears, which shall accrue daily and shall be calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a 365-day year, and the issue price is 100% of the principal amount of the bonds. SBI China Capital Financial Services Limited is acting as the placing agent for the transaction.
