Credit China Holdings Limited Reports Consolidated Earnings Results for the Year Ended December 31, 2014; Proposes Final Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2014, Payable on or About June 05, 2015

Credit China Holdings Limited reported consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. For the year, the company reported turnover of RMB 374,068,000 compared to RMB 269,728,000 a year ago. Net interest income was RMB 83,261,000 compared to RMB 108,454,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was RMB 101,315,000 compared to RMB 206,533,000 a year ago. Profit for the year attributable to owners of the company was RMB 58,194,000 or 1.84 RMB cents per diluted share compared to RMB 141,247,000 or 5.69 RMB cents per diluted share a year ago. The growth in revenue was mainly attributable to new income streams from the provision of online third party payment service, P2P loan service and gain on transfer of rights on interests on loan receivables. The decrease in profit was mainly due to impairment on loan receivables from micro loan business in an amount of approximately RMB 29.0 million during the year, a decrease in appreciation in fair value for a Shanghai investment property by approximately RMB 65.4 million and a reversal of a contingent consideration receivable of approximately RMB 8.5 million. Capital expenditure was RMB 5,771,000 compared to RMB 1,135,000 a year ago. The company announced that a final dividend of 0.46 HK cents (or equivalent to 0.36 RMB cents) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2014 has been proposed by the directors of the company. The final dividend for 2014 is subject to approval by the company's shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting. The record date for entitlement to the proposed final dividend is 26 May 2015. The payment of final dividend will be made on or about June 05, 2015.
