The company operates online platforms, such as, a Chinese news Websites; Hihoku, an online entertainment platform for young audiences; and Partyline, a social networking application. It is also involved in the provision of editorial and advertising, management, and travel and travel related services; property investment and letting; electronic commerce activities through the Internet and multimedia; licensing of trademarks; and newspaper distribution agency activities. The company was formerly known as Ming Pao Enterprise Corporation Limited and changed its name to Media Chinese International Limited in April 2008. Media Chinese International Limited is headquartered in Chai Wan, Hong Kong.
