China Financial Services Holdings Limited reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2015. For the period, the company reported interest, guarantee and financing consultancy services income of HKD 321,684,000 against HKD 279,841,000 a year ago. Profit from operations was HKD 241,530,000 against HKD 194,489,000 a year ago. Profit before taxation was HKD 241,514,000 against HKD 194,485,000 a year ago. Profit for the period was HKD 177,745,000 against HKD 137,364,000 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share were 5.08 cents against 4.17 cents a year ago. Excluding the effects of share-based payment expenses and change in fair value of convertible notes, underlying net profit attributable to equity shareholders was HKD 181,943,000 against HKD 162,600,000 a year ago.
