It offers telecommunications infrastructure services, such as planning, design, construction, and project supervision for fixed line, mobile, broadband networks, and support systems; construction services for ancillary communication networks; construction services for ancillary communication networks; and integrated solutions for informatization and intelligent buildings to domestic non-operators, such as government agencies, financial institutions, broadcasting and television enterprises, and construction enterprises. The company also provides business process outsourcing services, including network maintenance services for telecommunications operators in relation to fiber optic cables, electric cables, base stations, network equipment, and user terminals; marketing agency services for communications business, basic logistics and value-added logistics, sale of communications machineries, and wholesale and distribution of handsets; and general facilities management services on equipment rooms, buildings and high-end office buildings for domestic telecommunications operators and non-operator customers. In addition, it offers applications, content, and other services comprising system integration, software development, system support, and value-added services to telecommunications operators, government agencies, industrial customers, and small-and-medium enterprises. The company was founded in 2006 and is based in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China. China Communications Services Corporation Limited is a subsidiary of China Telecommunications Corporation.

China Communications Services Corporation Limited Declares Final Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2014, Payable on or About August 18, 2015; Announces Board Changes

China Communications Services Corporation Limited announced that at the AGM held on June 25, 2015, the shareholders declared payment of final dividend of RMB 0.0931 per share for the year ended December 31, 2014. The payment shall be made to shareholders whose names appeared on the register of members of the Company on July 13, 2015. The final dividend will be paid by the Receiving Agent net of the applicable tax on or about August 18, 2015. At the meeting, the shareholders also appointed Mr. Lv Tingjie and Mr. Wu Taishi as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Wei Leping, a member of the third session of the Board, retired as a director of the Company upon expiry of his term of office on June 26, 2015. Mr. Lv is now a professor and doctoral tutor at the School of Economics and Management of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Mr. Lv also serves as the Director of the Teaching and Research Centre for E-commerce in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and the Director of the Academic Committee of Information Management and Information Economics Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education. Mr. Lv is currently an Independent Non-executive Director of Global Link Communications Holdings Limited and Beijing Digital Telecom Co. Ltd. He is currently an Independent Director of Gohigh Data Networks Technology Co. Ltd., BOE Technology Group Co. Ltd. and Shenzhen Aisidi Co. Ltd. Mr. Lv is also a member of the Technology Committee and a member of Telecommunication Economics Expert Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a Deputy Director of the E-commerce Instruction Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Technology Committee of China Post Group Corporation, a Standing Director of the International Telecommunications Society and a Standing Vice Chairman of China Information Economics Society. Mr. Wu is now an Independent Director of Power Construction Corporation of China Ltd. and an External Director of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group. Mr. Wu used to serve as a Deputy Chief Economist and Chief Accountant of Shanghai Carrier Rocket Assembly Plant, Director of Finance Bureau of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, General Manager of the Research & Development Department and Director of Postdoctoral work station of the Head Office of Bank of Communication, and an Independent Non-executive Director of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited.
