Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. operates as a real estate company in Japan. It operates through Residential Development, Leasing, Investment Management, Property Brokerage & Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Property & Facility Management, and Other segments. The Residential Development segment is involved in the development, redevelopment, and sale of condominiums and detached housing under the PROUD and OHANA brand names. This segment also offers assistance in remodeling and repairing residential accommodation facilities; and develops Internet advertising businesses that specialize in the real estate and housing industries. The Leasing segment develops, leases, and manages office buildings, commercial, warehouses, condominiums, logistics, and other properties for investors. In addition, it provides property consulting and other services, such as the surveys of commercial facilities, project planning, leasing, commercial space design, and property management services; and services to maintain the property value through facility management, inspection, cleaning, security, and construction, as well as supplies district heating and cooling services. The Investment Management segment offers a range of financial products and investment management services covering various real estate investment needs, including privately placed real estate funds, listed real estate investment trusts, debt investments in domestic real estate, overseas real estate fund of funds, and discretionary investment management contracts with institutional investors. The Property Brokerage & CRE segment provides property brokerage services for individual and corporate customers; and sells condominium units and detached housing as a sales agent. The Property & Facility Management segment offers property management and cleaning services for office buildings, schools, housing, and condominiums. The other segment operates fitness clubs. The company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

For the year, the company reported operating revenue of JPY 567,159 million compared to JPY 532,016 million reported a year ago. Operating income was JPY 71,894 million compared to JPY 74,307 million reported a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 63,681 million compared to JPY 64,058 million reported a year ago. Net income was JPY 38,441 million or JPY 200.55 per diluted share compared to JPY 26,844 million or JPY 140.23 per diluted share reported a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was JPY 23,837 million compared to JPY 83,535 million reported a year ago. Income before income taxes and minority interests was JPY 58,058 million compared to JPY 48,447 million reported a year ago. Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. revised earnings guidance for year ended March 31, 2015. The company's revised forecast guidance to be operating revenue of JPY 567,000 million, operating income of JPY 71,800 million, ordinary income of JPY 63,600 million, net income of JPY 38,400 million or net income per share of JPY 201.07 compared to operating revenue of JPY 560,000 million, operating income of JPY 65,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 55,000 million, and net income of JPY 29,000 million or net income per share of JPY 151.85 reported in previous forecast. In FY2014, Residential Development Business had better profit and Property Brokerage & CRE Business had increased fee income. Also, the Company expects a positive impact of cost reduction and interest decrease. As a result of these factors, the Company revised up its financial result forecasts from the previous forecasts due to a reversal of deferred tax assets and liabilities caused by a reduction of corporate tax rates in addition to above factors.
