Fields Corporation announced consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 17,140 million compared with JPY 7,459 million for the same period a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 1,005 million compared with JPY 2,509 million for the same period a year ago. Ordinary loss was JPY 864 million compared with JPY 2,254 million for the same period a year ago. Net loss was JPY 867 million or JPY 26.15 per share compared with JPY 1,502 million or JPY 45.29 per share for the same period a year ago. Loss before income taxes and minority interests was JPY 874 million compared with JPY 2,264 million for the same period a year ago. The company provided dividend guidance for the full year of fiscal 2016. The company plans to pay an interim dividend of JPY 25.00 per share and a final dividend of JPY 25.00 per share for the full year of fiscal 2015. The company provided earnings guidance for the full year ending March 31, 2016. For the full year, the company expects to report net sales of JPY 120,000 million, operating income of JPY 6,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 6,500 million and net income of JPY 3,500 million or JPY 105.47 per share.

Fields Corporation Releases New Pachinko Machine from Bisty in Japan

Fields Corporation has released CR Martian Successor NADESICO, the new pachinko machine from Bisty Co., Ltd, in Japan. Martian Successor NADESICO" is a robot animation series broadcast on TV from 1996 to 1997, and is typical of the genre in the 1990. Incorporating elements of romantic comedy into a science fiction animation that employs space battleships and real robots against the backdrop of space, it was popular for its finely detailed worldview. It was later turned into various media, including movies, novels, comic books and video games, and continues to gain many new fans. This machine features events and game function created on the 3S concept of SIMPLE, SPEED and SURPRISE. Available in both the MAX (high spec) and middle high types popular in the market, it allows a wide range of animation fans and other players, in addition to the usual pachinko fans, to fully experience the depth of the original work and its finely detailed worldview. The "CR Martian Successor NADESICO" machine is scheduled for delivery in August 2015 to pachinko halls throughout Japan.
