China Resources Cement Holdings Limited Accepts Facility Letter Relating to Three-Year Term Loan Facility

On 25 August 2015, China Resources Cement Holdings Limited accepted a facility letter relating to a three-year term loan facility of CNY 1,200,000,000 offered by a bank which shall be available for drawdown within three months from the date of the facility letter. The amount drawdown shall be repayable three years from the date of the facility letter.

China Resources Cement Holdings Ltd. Declares Interim Dividend Payable on or about 25 September 2015

China Resources Cement Holdings Ltd. Board has resolved to declare an interim dividend of HKD 0.06 per share against HKD 0.07 in 2014. The interim dividend, which amounts to approximately HKD 392.0 million (2014: HKD 457.3 million), will be distributed on or about 25 September 2015 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company after the close of business on 28 August 2015. Such interim dividend will not be subject to any withholding tax in Hong Kong. The register of members of the Company will be closed from 31 August 2015 to 4 September 2015, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares of the Company will be effected. In order to qualify for the interim dividend, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged not later than 4:30 p.m. on 28 August 2015 with the Company's share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong.

China Resources Cement Holdings Ltd. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2015. For the period, the company reported EBITDA of HKD 2,819.4 million compared to HKD 4,101.8 million a year ago. Net cash generated from operating activities was HKD 1,184,171,000 against HKD 2,235,526,000 a year ago. Purchase and deposits paid for acquisition of fixed assets was HKD 1,328,137,000 against HKD 1,680,897,000 a year ago. Net asset value per share – book was HKD 4.45 as at June 30, 2015. The company expects capital expenditure for the second half of 2015 to be approximately HKD 2,391.3 million. The company expects capital expenditure for the year ending December 31, 2016 to be approximately HKD 4,041.0 million.
