China Development Bank International Investment Limited is a subsidiary of China Development Bank International Holdings Limited.

The Board of China Development Bank International Investment Limited (CDBIH) announced that Mr. TENG Rongsong has resigned as an executive Director, the chairman of the Board, the chairman of nomination committee, the chief executive officer and the authorized representative of the company with effect from 15 December 2014. Mr. BAI Zhe, the executive Director, has been re-designated as the chairman of the Board and appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee and the authorized representative of the company with effect from 15 December 2014. Mr. YUAN Chun, the executive director, has been appointed as the chief executive officer of the company with effect from 15 December 2014 and his term of office as the vice president of the company ended on the same day. YUAN Chun, has been appointed as an executive Director of the company since 13 June 2014. He served as the chief operating officer of CDBIH from December 2014. He joined CDBIH as managing director of investment division in April 2013. YUAN was the vice president of the company from 13 June 2014 to 15 December 2014. Prior to CDBIH, YUAN held various senior positions in several financial institutions.

China Development Bank International Investment Limited Reports Unaudited Consolidated Earnings Results for the Six Months Ended June 30, 2014

China Development Bank International Investment Limited reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2014. For the period, the company reported investment income of HKD 29,761,543 against HKD 5,130,245 a year ago. Profit before taxation was HKD 28,015,706 against loss before taxation of HKD 10,307,704 a year ago. Profit for the period attributable to owners of the company was HKD 27,642,967 against loss for the period attributable to owners of the company of HKD 10,663,031 a year ago. Earnings per basic share were 0.95 cents against loss per basic share of 0.37 cents a year ago. Net asset value per share was HKD 0.38 against HKD 0.37 a year ago. For the period, the group recorded a profit of approximately HKD 27.64 million which is primarily attributable to the increase in group's investment income and change in fair value of financial investments during the period. The investment income for the period increased 480.2% from the same period last year to approximately HKD 29.76 million, primarily due to the coupon interests from the convertible notes, convertible bond as well as loan and warrant instrument.
