Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures, and sells oilfield equipment worldwide. Its oilfield equipment include drill rigs, cementers, frac spread, coiled tubing units, nitrogen pumpers, intelligent pipe handling systems, snubbing units, hot oilers, coiled tubing injectors and BOP, natural gas compression units, natural gas transportation and liquefaction units, wellhead equipment, downhole motors, and related equipment. The company also assembles expanders and centrifugal compressors; provides spare parts for oil and gas customers; and equipment and spare parts for construction and mining industries. In addition, it provides radial drilling services and drilling waste treatment services; well completion services comprising cementing, fracturing, and acidizing services; production services, including incremental oil recovery services for matured oilfield; and well intervention services consisting of coiled tubing and nitrogen pumping services. The company’s services also include waste management services, such as waste injection services, solid/liquid separation services, thermal treatment services, unconventional gas fracturing waste water and oilfield waste water treatment services, industrial waste water treatment services, and mechanical cleaning services; and oil tank cleaning equipment and coiled tubing downhole tools. Further, it offers engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning services for oil and gas processing systems; distributes electrical power generators and parts; develops and sells computer software; and provides technical consultation, transfer, and services. The company was formerly known as Yantai Jereh Equipment Group Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co., Ltd. in November 2007. Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and is based in Yantai, China.

Plexus Holdings plc Signs Framework Agreement with Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group

Plexus Holdings plc announced that it has entered into a Framework Agreement with Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co., Ltd. and the two parties will work together to formalise a binding license agreement to enable Jereh to manufacture and sell Plexus' wellhead equipment to the Chinese and wider Asian oil and gas markets. The Agreement remains subject to legally binding agreements being finalised and signed. It is envisaged that the Binding Agreements will include the following terms: Plexus will grant to Jereh an exclusive licence in China and other designated Asian territories to enable Jereh to manufacture and supply Plexus' products utilising Plexus' trademarks, patents, technology, know-how, engineering, standards and other intellectual property and technical services of Plexus. Jereh will subscribe for new ordinary shares in the company, such that Jereh would be interested in 5% of the enlarged issued share capital of Plexus, at a price of 180 pence per share (this being a premium to the price at the time the parties commenced discussions regarding the proposed licencing licensing agreement); and for a period of twelve months from the date of issue of the new ordinary shares pursuant to the subscription, will retain the right to subscribe for further new ordinary shares in the company such that Jereh would become interested in 10% of the enlarged share capital of Plexus at a price the lower of: 200 pence per share (this being a premium to the price at the time the parties commenced discussions regarding the proposed licencing agreement); and the closing price on the date on which Jereh notifies the Company of its intention to exercise the option. Jereh would have the right to appoint a non-executive director to the board of Plexus, subject to regulatory requirements. Completion of the proposed transaction requires, inter alia, additional due diligence to be carried out by both parties and remains subject to further negotiation and final documentation (including the subscription agreement and technology licence agreement).

Jereh Group Operates Shale Gas Liquefaction Plant in China

Jereh Group announced it has successfully finished the China's first shale gas liquefaction plant in Sichuan, China. At this phase, the plant will produce 2,470,000 cubic feet of LNG per day (2.47MMSCFD) and the second phase with capability up to 10,590,000 cf/d (10.59MMSCFD) will start construction in January, 2015 and create 30 direct jobs. The plant is located at Junlian County in Sichuan Province, the shale gas play area in China, covering an area of 718,000 sq ft. In 2014, the shale gas production in Junlian is 3,530,000 cf per day.
