China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture and supply of containers, trailers, tank equipment, and airport facilities in the Mainland China, rest of Asia, the Americas, Europe, and other countries. It offers dry cargo, reefer/insulated, special, and modular building containers; skeletal and bulk cargo semi-trailers, powder and liquid tankers, tipping and van trailers, cement mixers, sanitation trucks, car carriers, SteelAce tray bodies, convert dollies, and curtainsider rigid bodies; and storage and process equipment, integrated devices, project equipment, compressors, nuclear power equipment, domes, chemical processing and logistics equipment, gas energy equipment, and pressure components and parts. The company also provides jack-up and semi-submersible drilling rigs, FPSO vessels, dump-type bulk carriers, project boats, and semi-submersible and specialized vessels; passenger boarding bridges, air cargo handling systems, baggage handling systems, ground support equipment, visual guidance docking systems, seaport passenger boarding bridges, auto-parking systems, and automatic storage and retrieval systems; and track equipment. In addition, it provides pallets, intermediate bulk containers, and special logistics equipment; and finance leasing, logistics, and after sale services. Further, the company engages in the real estate development activities. The company was formerly known as China International Marine Containers Co., Ltd. and changed its name to China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. in December 1995. China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People’s Republic of China.

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co. Ltd. provided preliminary earnings guidance for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the board of directors announced that, based on the preliminary review of the management accounts of the group for the three months ended March 31, 2015, the group is expected to record an increase of profit during the reporting period as compared to that of the corresponding period of last year. The group expects net profit to be in the range of RMB 447,615,000 to RMB 511,560,000 and earnings per share to be in the range of RMB 0.1675 to RMB 0.1914 compared to RMB 127,890,000 and RMB 0.048 a year ago respectively. The significant increase in profit of the group mainly attributable to the reasons: in the first quarter of 2015, overall business scale of the group increased. Factors such as selling off leased vessels had a moderately positive effect on the profit of the Group for the current period. Meanwhile, factors such as losses in the calculation of fair value of forward foreign exchange transactions led to lower comparative figures for the corresponding period of last year.

China International Marine Containers Group Co. Ltd. Recommends Cash Dividend for the Year 2014, Payable on or Around July 22, 2015; Announces Audited Consolidated and Parent Earnings Results for the Year Ended December 31, 2014; Provides Capital Expenditure Guidance for 2015

China International Marine Containers Group Co. Ltd. recommended to pay a cash dividend of RMB 3.10 (inclusive of tax) (but no bonus shares are proposed) for every 10 shares to all Shareholders which is calculated based on the total share capital of the company as at the 2014 dividend payment record date, and there will be no share increase by transfer from capital reserve. The proposed dividend is expected to be payable on or around 22 July 2015. The annual dividend-distribution plan for 2014 shall be submitted to the company's annual general meeting for consideration and approval. The company announced audited consolidated and parent earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. For the year, on consolidated basis, the company reported revenue of RMB 70,070,855,000 against RMB 57,874,411,000 a year ago. Net cash flows from operating activities were RMB 6,434,477,000 against RMB 2,749,926,000 a year ago. Weighted average return on net assets was 11.63% against 11.00% a year ago. Net assets per share attributable to equity holders of the company were RMB 8.34 as on December 31, 2014 against RMB 7.77 as on December 31, 2013. Cash paid to acquire fixed assets, intangible assets and other long-term assets were RMB 12,873,151,000 against RMB 6,929,534,000 a year ago. For the year, on parent basis, the company reported revenue of RMB 289,577,000 against RMB 192,684,000 a year ago. Operating profit was RMB 947,439,000 against RMB 947,158,000 a year ago.
