China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration and utilization of clean energy and resources in Mainland China. It operates through two segments, Natural Gas, and Wind Power and Solar Energy. The Natural Gas segment sells natural gas and gas appliances, as well as provides construction and connection services for natural gas pipelines. The Wind Power and Solar Energy segment develops, manages, and operates wind power and solar energy plants; and generates and sells electric power for power grid companies. The company also offers maintenance and consulting services related to wind farms and other new energies; provides project investment and investment management services; sells natural gas to gas vehicles; and invests in and sells solar energy appliances, as well as provides related consultancy services. As of December 31, 2014, it operated 2 long-distance natural gas transmission pipelines, including 550 kilometers of long-distance transmission pipelines and 1,163.50 kilometers of city gas pipelines; 4 high-pressure branch pipelines; 25 urban gas projects; 10 distribution stations; 4 gate stations; 4 compressed natural gas (CNG) refilling stations; 2 CNG primary filling stations; and 1 CNG primary and secondary filling station. China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited also operated 27 wind farms with a consolidated installed capacity of 1,696.80 megawatts (MW), as well as had interests in an installed capacity of 1,544.07 MW. The company was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Shijiazhuang, the People’s Republic of China. China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited is a subsidiary of Hebei Construction & Investment Group Co., Ltd.

The Board of China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited has recommended the payment of a final dividend in cash of RMB 0.031 per ordinary share (tax inclusive) (RMB 115.17 million in total (tax inclusive)) to all shareholders subject to the approval at the company's annual general meeting to be held on June 5, 2015. In order to determine the shareholders who are entitled to receive the final dividend, the register of members of the company will be closed from June 11, 2015 to June 16, 2015 (both days inclusive). For 2013, the company has paid dividend of 4.6 cents per share. The company reported audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. The board of directors of China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited announced that, Mr. Zhao Hui, non-executive director of the company, has resigned as non-executive director due to change in work arrangement. The resignation of Mr. Zhao Hui shall become effective upon the duly appointment of a new non-executive director to fill his vacancy. The company will elect a new director as soon as possible, so as to fill the causal vacancy arising from the resignation of Mr. Zhao Hui. Mr. Zhao Hui has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters with respect to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the company's shareholders.
