It is also involved in power distribution and selling business; urban water supply, sewage treatment, and reuse of recycled water; investment, construction, and operation of water service and water resource projects; investment, construction, and operation of municipal infrastructures; and design and consultation for water service construction, etc. The company was founded in 2002 and is based in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China. China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Three Gorges Corporation.
