The Board of Directors of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd. has recommended a final dividend of HKD 1.475 per share. Together with the interim dividend of HKD 0.525 per share, this will bring the total dividend for the year to HKD 2.000, representing an increase of 7.5% over the previous year. The group has reported continuous dividend growth for 18 consecutive years since the listing of the company in 1996. The proposed dividend will be paid on June 2, 2015 following approval at the 2015 Annual General Meeting to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the company at close of business on May 20, 2015. The company reported audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. Group turnover was HKD 6,100 million compared to HKD 5,018 million a year ago. Profit before taxation was HKD 32,346 million compared to HKD 12,254 million a year ago. Profit attributable to shareholders of the company was HKD 31,782 million compared to HKD 11,639 million a year ago. Earnings per share was HKD 13.03 compared to HKD 4.77 a year ago. Net debt was HKD 11,529 million against HKD 87,669 million a year ago. Net cash from operating activities was HKD 2,886 million against HKD 2,752 million a year ago. Purchases of property, plant and equipment was HKD 292 million against HKD 405 million a year ago.
