Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd., an investment holding company, operates as an integrated property development company in the People’s Republic of China. The company focuses on the urban property development. It develops residential properties, such as apartments, serviced apartments, and townhouses, as well as complementary commercial facilities, restaurants, and community facilities; and commercial properties, including office buildings, retail stores, and carparks for leasing purposes. The company also operates shopping malls and hotels, as well as provides catering services. In addition, the company offers property management services for the commercial properties and the residential units. As of December 31, 2013, it held an aggregate gross floor area of approximately 185,327 square meters completed investment properties for rental purpose. It also owned 90 projects spanning across 31 cities in the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, and Western and Central China regions, as well as in Pan-Bohai Bay Rim. Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.

Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. Announces Executive Changes

The board of directors of Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. announced that Mr. Ye Lieli has tendered his resignation as an executive director and the vice chairman of the board with effect from 11 June 2015 due to his wishes to devote more time on his other business commitment. The board further announced that Mr. Jin Zhigang has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the board with effect from 11 June 2015 due to his wishes to devote more time on his other business commitment. The board announced that Mr. Zheng Yi, an executive director, has been appointed as the chief executive officer of the company with effect from 11 June 2015. Mr. Zheng, aged 34, has been the president of Kaisa Zhiye Development (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. since January 2014 and is mainly responsible for its operational management. Mr. Zheng joined the group in July 2007 and held various positions within members of the group. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Zheng worked at an exchange centre in the People's Republic of China and a property development company, respectively. Mr. Zheng has extensive experience in urban redevelopment projects.

The Kaisa Group announced that its former chairman and chief executive, Guo Yingcheng, had made a surprise return to the once high-flying company, more than three months after he had resigned for health reasons. Mr. Guo had been reappointed as Kaisa's chairman.

Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. Announces Executive Changes

The board of directors of Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. announced that Mr. Kwok Ying Shing has been appointed as an executive Director and designated as the Chairman of the Board and Mr. Zheng Yi has been appointed as an executive Director, both with effect from 13 April 2015. Mr. Kwok was company's former Chairman and executive Director who resigned on 31 December 2014. He is one of the founders of the Group. Mr. Zheng has been the president of Kaisa Zhiye Development (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. since January 2014 and is mainly responsible for its operational management. The company announced that each of Mr. Sun Yuenan and Mr. Ye Lieli has ceased to be the Co-Chairman of the Board and has been re-designated as the Vice Chairman of the Board with effect from 13 April 2015.
