Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Company Limited's Board announced that Mr. Ma Zhong Hong has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the company with effect from the date of the Upcoming AGM. Upon his resignation, he will cease to be the chairman of the Nomination Committee and the authorized representative of the company. Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Company Limited announced audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. For the year, the company reported turnover of RMB 86,248,000 compared to RMB 336,800,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was RMB 45,216,000 compared to RMB 17,488,000 a year ago. Profit for the year was RMB 44,061,000 or 4.32 cents per basic share compared to RMB 11,639,000 or 1.14 cents per basic share a year ago. The decrease in turnover is primarily due to the decrease in income generated from the infrastructure construction business resulted from the further delay in acceptance of the completion and transfer of the remaining infrastructure site of Zhongfang Chaozhou Jing Nan Industrial Park Project. Increase in profit after tax is primarily due to the gain recognized from the disposal of Guangzhou Zhongzhan.

Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Company Limited has postponed release of year ended 31 December 2014 earnings results. The announcement in respect of the annual results is expected to be released by the end of March 2015. Postponement of board meeting and delay in publication of the annual results announcement reference is made to the announcement of the company dated 10 March 2015 in relation to the board meeting of the company to be held on 20 March 2015 for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the annual results and its publication and considering the payment of a final dividend (if any). The board announced that as more time is required to finalise the annual results, the board meeting and the publication of the annual results announcement will be postponed to 27 March 2015.
