The company is also involved in the exploration, development, mining, and production of iron ore, coal, and manganese. As of December 31, 2012, it had 5 exploration rights covering an area of approximately 24,180 hectares, of which 2 exploration rights for coal covering an area of approximately 19,825 hectares, 1 exploration right for iron ore covering an area of approximately 450 hectares, and 1 exploration right for manganese covering an area of approximately 3,710 hectares located in Aceh Province, as well as 1 production operation mining permit right for manganese covering an area of approximately 195 hectares in Yogyakarta Province in Indonesia. In addition, the company engages in the extraction and bottling of mineral water in the People’s Republic of China. The company was formerly known as CVM Minerals Limited and changed its name to Ding He Mining Holdings Limited in August 2014. Ding He Mining Holdings Limited is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

For the period, the company reported turnover of HKD 27,826,125 against HKD 9,712,386 a year ago. Loss from operations was HKD 13,555,676 against HKD 31,910,364 a year ago. Loss before taxation was HKD 254,458,296 against HKD 68,625,822 a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of the company was HKD 211,062,184 or 13.12 cents per diluted share against HKD 68,027,324 or 5.19 cents per diluted share a year ago. Net cash generated from operating activities was HKD 20,785,205 against HKD 13,057,407 a year ago.
