They have been appointed to assist with an evaluation of the current operational situation of Empresas and to help with an assessment of various alternatives in order to improve Empresas's long-term performance and prospects. Advent International Corporation is seeking investments in Priory Group Limited, two sources told Reuters. The company is planning to raise an Initial Public Offer for Priory Group. A third source said the business could be valued at almost $2.2 billion. Advent has hired N M Rothschild & Sons Limited as its financial advisor. Advent declined to comment. Rothschild was not immediately available to comment. A listing of the company would likely come early next year, two of the sources said.
Network Rail Seeking To Sell Commercial Property Portfolio

Network Rail Limited is looking to sell its commercial property portfolio worth over £1 billion. Network Rail has hired bankers at N M Rothschild & Sons Limited to assist in the sale. The railway land and properties no longer required for operational use might also be included in the potential sale. However, the portfolio does not include the stations, which the Government is also considering selling or outsourcing. A source close to Network Rail said Network Rail has “a pretty good understanding of what they are worth” and hoped that Rothschild would verify these assumptions.
