Daihatsu Motor Company Launches New Mira e:S in Japan

Daihatsu Motor Company launched its new Mira e:S in Japan. The model features new headlights and a large trapezoidal grille with upper and lower openings, larger wheel arch bulges, a deeper surface cut along the lower surface of the doors, as well as squared-off side window openings, while the rear features three-dimensional LED tail lights and interiors with a Myvi-style high-mounted gear-lever sited next to the air-conditioning controls. It is equipped with a KF 658 cc naturally-aspirated three-cylinder petrol engine. The vehicle is priced from JPY 842,400.

Daihatsu Motor Co. Launches Fully Remodeled Mira e:S Minivehicle

Daihatsu Motor Co. launched the fully remodeled Mira e:S minivehicle, which features the latest safety systems, including automatic braking with a pedestrian detection function, to support mainly elderly drivers. The full revamp is the first in about six years for the Mira e:S. The price tags range from JPY 842,400 to JPY 1,339,200. The company aims to sell 9,000 units per month. The new Mira e:S travels 35.2 kilometers per liter of gasoline, the same as for the previous version, while having improved acceleration performance.

Daihatsu Motor To Be Deleted From Other OTC

Daihatsu Motor's ordinary shares will be deleted from Other OTC, effective January 31, 2017. The deletion was due to inactive security.
