TF Bank AB Appoints Carnegie Investment Bank AB as Liquidity Provider

TF Bank AB (publ) has entered into an agreement with Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) so that Carnegie shall act as liquidity provider in the company's stock as from November 17, 2016, within the framework of NASDAQ Stockholm AB:s (Börsens) system for liquidity guarantees. The purpose of the guarantee is to enhance liquidity in the stock and reduce the difference between buy and selling prices. The agreement, in short, implies that the liquidity provider will offer buy and sell prices in the TF Bank stock and thereafter will commit to buy and sell shares at these prices.

Scandinavian Tobacco Group On The Verge Of An IPO

Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S is planning for a stock market listing. JJ.P. Morgan Securities Plc, Deutsche Bank AG and Nordea Markets AB have been appointed to manage the IPO. Carnegie Investment Bank AB has been appointed to co-lead manager while FIH Partners is acting as financial advisor to Scandinavian Tobacco Group.
