Contagious Sports Limited Enters Distribution Agreement with Microgaming Network

Contagious Gaming Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Contagious Sports Limited has entered into a non-exclusive worldwide distribution agreement with Microgaming Networks to integrate Goal Time into its Quickfire gaming platform. The distribution agreement enables Contagious Gaming to expand Goal Time into new territories and benefit from Quickfire's extensive portfolio of over 300 brands. The Distribution Agreement provides Microgaming's Quickfire customers with access to Goal Time, the world's first in-play, pari-mutuel, sports betting platform.

Gaming Innovation Group Signs License Agreement with MicroGaming

Gaming Innovation Group has signed a license agreement with MicroGaming where MicroGaming will supply their poker software to GIG's operators. GIG will launch Poker to the player base of Guts.com in the fourth quarter of 2015, with the plan to expand to Betspin.com and Rizk.com in 2016. The strategic agreement will also allow subsidiary iGamingCloud to offer poker as part of its cloud services offering to B2B clients, pending the case-to-case approval by MicroGaming. The agreement is contingent on GIG's subsidiary MT SecureTrade being issued a class 3 on 4 license for Poker by the Malta Gaming Authorities and the process of preparing such a license application has commenced, and it is expected to be processed within 3 months.
