CaroTrans Expands Asia Import Service Network

CaroTrans introduced a new Shanghai import service to Seattle and Portland in the Pacific Northwest. This direct service bypasses Southern California port congestion. CaroTrans Announces New All-Water LCL Import Service from Shanghai to Atlanta through the Port of Savannah

CaroTrans announced a new all-water LCL (less than container-load) import service from Shanghai to Atlanta through the Port of Savannah. It is a 32-day transit. Freight is deconsolidation at CaroTrans' Atlanta CFS (container freight station) for timely cargo availability. Expedited distribution services are available to Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Florida and Tennessee. CaroTrans Teams offer dedicated, personalized service at origin and destination to support their customers' transportation needs. In addition, CaroTrans offers e-commerce tools that provide access to critical shipment data to ensure supply chains stay on track. These include EDI and Web-based tools, such as cargo tracking and online Freight Release which expedites cargo availability. CaroTrans has a comprehensive U.S. network including 14 U.S. offices and 23 CFS positioned throughout the U.S. dedicated to the reliable, secure handling of global shipments.

Carotrans Launches LCL and FCL Services Between the U.S. and France with a New Direct

CaroTrans announced expansion of its LCL (less than container load) and FCL (full container load) services between the U.S. and France with a new direct, weekly New York - Marseilles service. This development is in direct response to customer demand and features reduced delivery costs and transit times to nearby major markets, such as Lyon, Nice and Toulouse. Online track and trace visibility via the CaroTrans website is available to customers to effectively manage end-to-end shipment delivery. This new CaroTrans Central and Southern France service strengthens the NVO's comprehensive, U.S.-France service network which features service between 5 U.S. gateways and Le Havre. CaroTrans established its dedicated Le Havre branch office and team in 2012 to support its European and overall, global network. CaroTrans has a longstanding 30 year history servicing France.
