Robert Minkin, FACHE, has been appointed as President & CEO of O'Connor Hospital. He succeeds Sister Margaret Keaveney, DC, who will continue as President & CEO at Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy until a new CEO is selected to replace her. Minkin is a seasoned hospital administrator and visionary leader with more than 30 years of experience serving in senior leadership roles in several hospitals. In 2010, Minkin joined The Camden Group as their Senior Vice President. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital. He also served as President and CEO and Executive Vice President of Ambulatory Services for Desert Hospital in Palm Springs, California for six years.

Sister Margaret Keaveney, DC has been appointed as President & CEO of O'Connor Hospital, Inc. in San Jose, CA. Sr. Margaret succeeds former President & CEO James F. Dover who accepted a new role as President & CEO of the Southern Illinois division of Hospital Sisters Health System, based in Springfield, Illinois. Sr. Margaret was the founder of DCHS and board chair for DCHS in her leadership role as Visitatrix of the Daughters of Charity, Province of the West. As Visitatrix from 1999 through 2008, Sr. Margaret served as the first Board Chair of DCHS. Additionally, Sr. Margaret served as President & CEO of St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, California from 1986 through 1996. During her tenure, her leadership skills were reflected in many successful programs such as the opening of 12 satellite Primary Care/Obstetrics clinics in the greater Los Angeles area; establishing Healthier Communities Network in Southeast/South Central Los Angeles County.
