Coor Service Management Proposes New Board of Directors

Coor Service Management announced proposed new Board of Directors. Ahead of the Annual General Meeting, Coor Service Management’s Nomination Committee proposes increasing the Board of Directors to include one additional Director. Bernt Magnusson, who has been member of the Board of Directors at Coor since 2005, has declined re-election. The new proposed Board members are Mats Granryd and Heidi Skaaret. Mats Granryd (born in 1962) has been Chairman of GSMA, a global industry organization for mobile operators, since 2016. Mats was President and CEO of Tele 2 between 2010 - 2015, and previously held a number of senior positions in Ericsson, including President of the company’s UK operations. Mats Granryd is a Director of Envac. Heidi Skaaret (born in 1961) has been COO of Norwegian finance group Storebrand since 2012. She was President of Lindorff Norway in 2008 - 2012 and IKANO Bank Norway in 2001 - 2008. Heidi Skaaret was a Director of Storebrand in 2010 – 2012.
