Ubitus Launches FINAL FANTASY®XIII on Chromecast in Japan

Ubitus Inc. announced the launch of the legendary RPG masterpiece FINAL FANTASY®XIII Google Cast Edition, developed by SQUARE ENIX, on all Chromecast devices in Japan. This is the first of FINAL FANTASY RPG launched for Chromecast devices. FINAL FANTASY®XIII is the thirteenth installment in the FINAL FANTASY main series. Ubitus Inc. and KT Corporation Launch Cloud Gaming Service on IPTV in Korea with Blockbuster Titles

Ubitus Inc. and KT Corporation jointly announced the launch of cloud gaming service on a series of KT's IPTV Set-top-boxes equipped to play many blockbuster AAA game titles with the latest upgrades. KT Corporation introduced its gaming service Wizgame on IPTV Set-top-boxes earlier this year and now strengthened its cloud gaming service in working closely together with Ubitus. Starting from May 21st, the firmware of existing KT set-top-boxes has been officially upgraded for millions of users, to enjoy cloud gaming service. The supported device coverage is expected to include legacy Set-top-boxes and also include high-end devices such as Smart Web Set-top-boxes and UHD Set-top-boxes within year 2015. By the end of 2015, most of KT's millions of STB users would be able to enjoy premium cloud gaming services along with their IPTV subscriptions. With Ubitus' new-generation cloud gaming technologies ushering console-grade game performance and experience on KT's Set-top-boxes, more AAA game titles from the leading game companies worldwide will be expected to land on KT's cloud gaming platform going forward.

BesTV and Ubitus Form Strategic Alliance to Bring Cloud Gaming to China's TV Screen

Ubitus Inc. announced that its partnership with BesTV New Media Co LTD, in collaboration within the areas centering around providing cloud gaming service and introducing AAA game titles on large TV screens, including BesTV-operated IPTV, in China. Now millions of users would be able to enjoy cloud gaming service through their BesTV-operated IPTV. Powered by Ubitus' GameCloud ® solution, it can deliver instant console-level gaming experiences on demand. Users will be amazed by the incredible gaming experience streaming down via their home broadband connections from the cloud.
