Wolfgang P. Albeck Joins as New CEO of trans-o-flex

Wolfgang P. Albeck (65) will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of trans-o-flex with its focus on the provision of logistic solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and consumer electronics industries. Wolfgang P. Albeck comes from Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL), where, since 1997, he held numerous management positions in the Parcel and Express organisation before becoming Chief Executive Officer of DHL Express Germany and Managing Director Austria. Prior to joining DPDHL, the qualified forwarding merchant worked for approximately ten years for TNT Express, with his last position that of Director Operations in the German headquarters in Troisdorf.

Frank Iden Leaves trans-o-flex Logistics Group as Chief Executive Officer, Effective March 31, 2017

The trans-o-flex Logistics Group announced a change in its Board of Directors: the current chief executive officer Frank Iden will leave the company as planned on 31st March 2017 and start his own consulting business in the area of logistic process digitalization, sales and marketing excellence programs as well as staff placement. With trans-o-flex, he could already win his former employer as his first client. Frank Iden’s successor as CEO has already been appointed and will assume office on 1st April, 2017. Frank Iden joined trans-o-flex’s Board of Directors in 2015 and assumed the position as CEO in February 2016.

trans-o-flex Logistics Group Announces Executive Changes

With effect from September 1, 2016, the trans-o-flex Logistics Group has appointed Axel Stetenfeld as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to this, Dr. Sven Rutkowsky has assumed the newly created position of the company’s Chief Restructuring Officer. Axel Stetenfeld succeeds Michael Stadlmann, who will leave the company at his own request in order to take on a new professional challenge. Axel Stetenfeld (48) has acquired more than 20 years of experience in the parcel and express delivery business. In his most recent position, Stetenfeld was a partner in Bodhi Advisory Partners and CFO Germany for CEVA Logistics. Sven Rutkowsky has been a partner at A.T. Kearney since 2010. For his new function at trans-o-flex, he will, for the most part, suspend his work for the management consulting firm. In his previous career he was a member of Rhenus Logistik’s Management Board (eight years) and also worked for the Boston Consulting Group (ten years). Within the scope of his work for trans-o-flex, Sven Rutkowsky will be responsible for the Group’s restructuring and strategic projects and also directly manage the Logistics area.
