Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. approved the appointment of Liana Keseric and Ivan Zizic new members of RBA's Management Board. Between 2007 and 2014, she was director of the Complaints and Reconciliation Department in the Support Division. Subsequently and until her appointment to the position of Management Board member, Liana Keseric has been Executive Director for Customer Relations and Alternative Channel Management. Ivan Žižic joined Raiffeisen Bank in 1999 as Deputy Executive Finance and Accounting Director. He was appointed Deputy Executive Director of the Risk Management Division in June 2002. Since 2005, Ivan Žižic has discharged duties of Treasury and Investment Banking Division Executive Director. By virtue of his new appointment, Ivan Zizic will be responsible for, businesses and entrepreneurship in regions, retail banking, customer relations and alternative channel management, financial products, private banking and sales management in corporate banking.
