Zelle LLP Opens Miami Office; Announces Executive Appointments

Zelle LLP announced the expansion of its insurance and Latin American capabilities with the addition of experienced insurance attorneys and the opening of an office in Miami, Florida. The firm also announced Anaysa Gallardo Stutzman, tapped as managing partner of its Miami office, and Daniel Baron, who joins as senior counsel. Gallardo Stutzman was previously a partner at Cozen O’Connor’s Miami office. Her practice is focused on insurance disputes and general commercial litigation. Baron is an Argentine-qualified attorney who most recently worked in the Miami office of Kennedys Law LLP. Baron’s practice is focused on representing insurance and reinsurance companies with claims in the Latin American region.

Zelle Adds Attorneys to Washington, The District of Columbia Office

Zelle reported the expansion of its antitrust and financial services litigation capabilities with the addition of a team of five attorneys based in Washington, The District of Columbia. Joining the company will be James Robertson Martin, who will co-chair Zelle's antitrust and unfair competition practice, Jennifer Duncan Hackett, Woody N. Peterson, Nick Cheolas, and Allison Vissichelli. They were all formerly with Dickstein Shapiro in Washington, DC. The attorneys, who have represented corporate plaintiffs in antitrust actions for the past 15 years, will join Zelle effective January 19, 2016.
