iAB Financial Bank has promoted William Thatcher III to executive vice president and chief operating officer. The bank has also promoted John Blum to senior vice president, business banking manager, and Andrew Yergler was appointed senior vice president, retail banking manager. Blum serves as board president of MSD of Southwest Allen County Schools and is an Alumni Representative on the Finance and Investment Committee for USF. Yergler joined iAB in August 2015. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his Master of Business Administration from Indiana Tech. His professional background of more than 15 years in banking includes experience in retail and agribusiness banking, mortgage loans and business development. He is a board member for Community Harvest Food Bank and has been actively involved with the YMCA and the United Way.
