xperion Energy & Environment to Supply High-Pressure Cylinders for ASKO's Hydrogen-Powered Trucks

Hexagon Composites' subsidiary xperion Energy & Environment has received order from Hydrogenics Corporation to supply high-pressure cylinders for hydrogen-powered trucks owned and operated by ASKO. The cylinders will be integrated into its fuel cell systems for four Scania hydrogen-powered trucks for ASKO. This order is a great example of utilizing Hexagon's know-how and capacities in hydrogen technology, using existing cylinders and extending these to heavy-duty truck system applications. The first deliveries are scheduled for second half of 2017. The first hydrogen-powered trucks are expected to be operational by ASKO towards the end of 2018.

xperion Energy & Environment Wins Mobile Pipeline Order in Pakistan

Hexagon Composites' subsidiary, xperion Energy & Environment, has received an order for X-STORE gas container modules from EGAS Pvt. Ltd. with a total estimated value of EUR 2.6 million (around NOK 21 million). The Mobile Pipeline modules are used to supply the captured CNG to industrial users with stable energy demand, such as hotels, fueling stations and the textile industry.
