nanoPay Corporation Appoints Tracy Molino as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

nanoPay Corporation announced Tracy Molino joined its executive leadership team as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Working alongside an impressive list of talented nanoPay executives, Tracy will be responsible for developing the legal and compliance framework for nanoPay's payments solutions as nanoPay begins to deploy and expand the utility and acceptance of MintChip throughout the world. Tracy was most recently with Bank of Montreal (BMO) where she was a Senior Counsel supporting both the everyday banking and retail credit card lines of business. Prior to BMO, she served as Counsel for the Canadian Payments Association (CPA), where she focused on emerging payments and the regulation of the rapidly-evolving payments landscape.

Ingenico Group to Integrate nanoPay Corporation's MintChip Platform into Telium System

The partnership will provide a more seamless, secure and faster payment experience for both merchants and consumers, while bringing Canada one step closer to becoming a cashless society. The integration of the MintChip platform into Ingenico Group's payment technology is currently undergoing certification and will be commercially available in the fall of 2016.
