T-Systems Renew CHF 80 Million Contract with Swiss Railway Company SBB

T-Systems Switzerland has announced renewal of a major contract. This contract is to operate the entire mainframe operation for Swiss railway company SBB. The agreement offers a guaranteed period of 30 months. The overriding framework agreement runs till 2024, with an extension option. The contract is said to be worth CHF 80 million.

T-Systems Switzerland Extends Contract to Manage KPT Database

T-Systems Switzerland will continue to operate the server platform for data warehouse, business intelligence and reporting for KPT. The entire DWH platform will be renewed to be able to use big data methods in the future. This enable that the KPT Report database can be generated in a new quality.

Jet Aviation Renews Cloud Contract with T-Systems

Deutsche Telekom announced that Jet Aviation has decided to renew its contract on SAP from the Cloud with T-Systems in Switzerland by a further four years. T-Systems has been supporting all SAP applications used by Jet Aviation since 2007 and therefore supports the company with the planning of its corporate resources for the procurement, controlling, maintenance, repair and outfitting of aircraft. Jet Aviation purchases all SAP services as and when required and only pays for the actual utilisation of computing and storage services. In addition, T-Systems will implement additional projects in the SAP environment with Jet Aviation and integrate its consulting services in the SAP environment.
