D Bank Launches Periodic Transfers Service

D Bank launches Periodic Transfers service to offer quicker and easier management of funds and time to its clients, with no engagement of visiting a bank office every time to make a transaction and to remember dates or amounts for payments as they are predefined by the customer. The service is available in four versions: Fixed periodic transfers, Push transfer (setting maximum account balance), Pull transfer (setting minimum account balance), and for covering a credit card installment. The bank also provides an additional option to receive a free SMS to a mobile phone of user choice, when a payment is unsuccessful.

Investors Eyes To Acquire CB Victoria

A total of eight companies has expressed interest for the purchase of 100% of CB Victoria EAD, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Corporate Commercial Bank AD, the bank said. Three candidates have expressions of interest (EOI) within the extended submission deadline, Victoria bank said in a filing on its website on September 19, 2016. The list of interested companies contains three banks are Investbank AD, Bulgarian American Credit Bank and D Commerce Bank AD, two consortiums, one between Lev Ins AD Insurance Company and Kerbler Holding Gmbh and the other a tie-up of Hanson Asset Management Limited and Euro-Finance AD. Zaghloul Holding, Transact Europe Holdings, Egyptian Engineering Group and B.T.C. have also expressed interest for purchasing the bank. The ongoing sale procedure consists of three stages period for submitting expressions of interest, submission of non-binding offers and applications containing final offers.
