Quikr Reportedly Acquires Home Services Start-Up Zimmber In A $10 Million All-Stock Deal

Quikr India Private Limited has reportedly acquired Rejuvenate Solutions Private Limited (Zimmber) in an all-stock deal worth $10 million. A Quikr spokesperson and Zimmber co-founder Amit Kumar did not immediately respond to emails seeking comments.

HDFC May Sell Realty, Digital Units To Quikr

Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (BSE:500010) is in talks with Quikr India Private Limited to sell its brokerage business HDFC Realty Limited and its digital business HDFC Red in an-all stock deal, four people with direct knowledge of the matter said. The size of the deal is likely to be INR 3.5 billion - INR 4 billion and HDFC will get a stake of around 5% stake in Quikr in return, said two of the people. The term sheet has been signed and the due diligence process is on, said one of the two persons. A Quikr spokesperson declined to comment on the deal. An HDFC spokesperson did not respond to an email seeking comment.
