T&T Group JSC plans to acquire 35% stake in Vietnam National Vegetable, Fruit and Agricultural Product Corporation.

T&T Group Reportedly In Talks To Acquire Phu Quoc International Airport from Ministry of Transport

T&T Group JSC reportedly in talks to acquire Phu Quoc International Airport from The Ministry of Transport of Vietnam. The T&T Group has requested the transport ministry to allow it to buy Phu Quoc International Airport in the southern province of Kien Giang. The group is the first to ask the ministry to approve its investment in the airport, after Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang asked the Airports Corporation of Viet Nam (ACV) to prepare a pilot plan to sell 100% stake in Phu Quoc Airport during a meeting held in Ha Noi at the end of February 2015. The T&T Group expects to buy the airport either by buying the whole airport and its assets, or by receiving the operational rights and staff as well. It has also pledged to continue investment in upgrading the airport, and will not transfer it to another party in the first five years.

T&T Group To Buy Vietnam National

T&T Group JSC is looking to buy Vietnam National Shipping Lines. Do Quang Hien, Chairman of T&T Group said that he is ready to pour more than VND 490 billion to buy a 98.02% stake in Vietnam National Shipping Lines.
