The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Finance Corporation will lend EUR 20 million ($22.2 million) to Bulmarket DM for the development and expansion of liquefied natural gas and petroleum gas terminals. The funds will be used by Bulmarket DM to expand its existing network of LPG terminals, and build a new terminal which will store and distribute LNG, putting the company in a position to become the first importer and distributor of LNG in Bulgaria.
The International Finance Corporation to Lend Up to EUR 15 Million Loan to Bulmarket Dm

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) announced that it is considering lending EUR 15 million ($19 million) to Bulgarian company Bulmarket DM for the development and expansion of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) terminals and other projects. According to Bulmarket DM, the proposed project, with a total cost of EUR 31 million, will finance the development and expansion of three LPG terminals in Ruse, on the Danube, the capital Sofia and Plovdiv, in the south of the country, as well as the development of new liquefied natural gas (LNG) business in the same locations and refinancing of short-term debt.
