Accu Holding AG reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the year ended of December 31, 2015. For the period, the company reported net sales of CHF 158,528,000 compared to CHF 132,942,000 a year ago. Operating profit was CHF 12,332,000 compared to CHF 5,130,000 a year ago. Profit before non-operating items was CHF 9,034,000 compared to CHF 3,585,000 a year ago. Earnings before tax was CHF 6,157,000 compared to CHF 3,106,000 a year ago. Net income was CHF 4,117,000 compared to CHF 2,127,000 a year ago. Operating result on EBITDA-level increased to CHF 17.7 million against of EBITDA CHF 7.8 million in 2014.

Accu Holding AG announced that the Chairman of the Board of Accu steps down with immediate effect from his function as Chairman due to the ongoing proceedings against him. He remains ordinary member of the Board. Andreas Kratzer has been appointed Chairman ad interim until the next ordinary general meeting of shareholders. Andes Kratzer will also act as CEO ad interim until the next ordinary general meeting of shareholders and, together with the Accu group management and the management of the local subsidiaries, continue to pursue the strategic objectives of Accu and expedite necessary implementations.
